=========================== PrintImage 1.0 ===========================
======================================================================
A program to print IFF-ILBM images, written by Olaf 'Olsen' Barthel of
MXM. Copyright, © 1990 by MXM. Shareware, all rights reserved. No
guarantee of any kind is made that the program(s) described in this
document are 100% reliable. You use this material on your own risk.
============================== Purpose ===============================
======================================================================
As far as I can see there is no easy way to print IFF-ILBM images.
You may of course load DPaint and call the 'Print' function, try any
'DTP' program to print it or use your favourite word processor. These
techniques cause a lot of unnecessary overhead. Why not try to put a
simple graphic dump routine into a neat little program?
=============================== Usage ================================
======================================================================
'PrintImage 1.0' requires req.library. Install it before you run it,
or you will suddenly discover that this tool refuses to work.
If started successfully, a small window will pop up right under the
mouse pointer. Five gadgets are available:
Load new image......... Will load any IFF-ILBM file and store it in
memory. HAM & EHB and large overscanned
images are handled correctly provided there is
enough memory available to hold them.
Print current image.... This button becoms available after an image
has been loaded. As the name says this causes
the graphic dump to start. The mode and type
of the dump corresponds to the current
Preferences settings.
Stop printing.......... As soon as the graphic dump is in progress
this button will abort it.
Exit program........... Click this button to close the window and to
exit the program.
